Training young talent has long been a top priority at Meiser. Because we know that only qualified employees meet the expectations placed on our products and services.Over the years, we have continuously expanded our training spectrum and train young commercial, commercial and academic staff.In addition to training in the specialist departments and the vocational school or university of cooperative education, these young people also have the opportunity to expand their skills in various areas that are not directly related to their training occupation in the specially established AZUBI workshop. At this " glimpse over the horizon ", the trainees regularly train their skills in individual projects and also demonstrate their social competence in the selection of their joint projects, for example if they make the children of an SOS Children's Village happy with home-made cakes or donate the profits from their Christmas market stand to the Aktion Sternenregen.
Currently 23 trainees at MEISER are preparing for their professional future in the various areas. And it looks good, we can offer most of these young people a job at MEISER after their training
