In addition to ergonomic workplace design, this includes a wide variety of measures to improve the working atmosphere, employee satisfaction and health.
Part-time jobs and flexible working hours, for example, enable our employees to combine work and private life. With regard to healthy nutrition in the workplace, MEISER has commissioned the establishment of a company restaurant whose catering offer is closely geared to the needs.
By participating in sporting events such as the B2Run, we want to promote the sporting ambitions of our employees. We support the sports clubs, to which MEISER employees belong, with monetary and material donations at special events. Through cooperation with local sports studios, our employees receive preferential prices for training and courses.
