GRP construction profiles
MEISER GRP profiles are the innovative alternative to conventional construction materials such as steel, aluminum, wood or concrete. With a comparatively small selection of GRP profiles, a wide range of applications can be realized, e.g. stairs, platforms, walkways and ladders: Stairs, platforms, walkways and ladders.
Ihre AnsprechpartnerAll MEISER GRP profiles are manufactured in accordance with the European standard EN 13706 and meet the highest standards of quality, safety and durability.
Unsaturated polyester resins are used as the standard matrix material. The mechanical strength is ensured by longitudinally aligned glass fiber rovings and cross-reinforcing glass fiber mats. An additional thermoplastic surface fleece ensures a high-quality surface and increases the resistance of the profiles. The profiles are manufactured in grey as standard, similar to RAL 7032.
The production of MEISER GRP profiles is certified in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 and is subject to regular monitoring by independent testing institutes. This ensures consistently high product quality.
All standard GRP construction profiles are also approved by the German Federal Railway Authority (EBA) in accordance with DBS 918 010. This means that the profiles are suitable for use as substructures for signal platforms, walkways and stairs in the structural engineering of Deutsche Bahn AG and meet the applicable safety and reliability requirements.
