BMW safety mats

The safety mats are designed to meet the manufacturer's specific requirements. They are suitable for safely covering large areas, such as suspended ceilings, stage edges, or conveyor systems, and help reliably minimize the risk of falls and falling through.

Ihre Ansprechpartner

The mats consist of a load-bearing tubular frame with welded-on mesh grille and are specially manufactured in accordance with BMW factory standards.

They therefore meet the high requirements of the car manufacturer and can be optimally adapted to the respective operating conditions.

MEISER: FSM U-clamps

FSM U-clamps

The classic connection of floor mats to each other and of floor mats to side protection is made using the so-called clamp clamp. It consists of a clamping bracket adapted to the pipe dimensions, a counter plate and two lock nuts.

Drill screws can be used to speed up installation. MEISER pre-drills the required holes in the tubular frame of the safety catch guard at the factory.

Assembly can also be simplified using the setting bolt technique. Here too, the necessary holes are drilled in the tubular frame by MEISER at the factory.

Alternatively, clamping plates can be welded alternately to the long sides of the safety catch elements. These support the panel joint just as reliably.

Unsupported joints of safety catch elements may need to be supported to transfer loads and deflections. A so-called connecting plate can be used for this purpose. This is set to the height of the tubular frame and is easy to install.
