Heavy-Duty Gratings

MEISER heavy-duty gratings are specifically engineered for applications involving exceptionally high loads. They are manufactured as press-locked gratings with extra-high and/or extra-wide bearing bars, complemented by correspondingly dimensioned filler bars.

A counter-serration incorporated during the pressing process provides additional structural stability, enabling the gratings to withstand surface loads exceeding 50 tonnes and wheel loads of up to 10 tonnes.

Each heavy-duty grating is individually designed to match the required spans and loading conditions. Stainless steel versions are also available. Depending on project requirements, a wide choice of mesh sizes, edging profiles and surface finishes can be specified. Anti-slip designs and customised installation details can also be incorporated, ensuring a durable, reliable solution tailored to the specific application.
