As part of the construction work on the Mõisa Bridge on the Ala-Taagepera–Raiksilla road in Estonia, we worked with our local partner, KiirWarren.KL to successfully install various vehicle restraint systems from MEISER Road Safety to ensure reliable protection of the bridge and the adjacent road sections.

The following systems were used as part of the project:

The combination of the various vehicle restraint systems ensures continuous protection of the bridge and its transition areas, while also meeting the required containment levels and the corresponding performance classes.

Rügen Bridge Stralsund

In the Rügen Bridge in Stralsund, a continuous maintenance walkway was implemented in the interior of the structure with accessible grating surfaces.

Bridge Albstadt

At the bridge in Albstadt, open stairways create a safe connection between the overpass and the platform area.

Waldschlösschen Bridge Dresden

At the Waldschlösschenbrücke Dresden, open maintenance and access areas support safe operation along the bridge structure.

Dresden city cable car

Accessible walkways with GRP gratings were installed along the tracks of the Dresden funicular for maintenance and operation.

TreeTopWalk Edersee

On the TreeTopWalk Edersee, open surfaces support safe operation on the viewing platform and along the treetop path.

Main bridge Haßloch

At the Mainbrücke Haßloch bridge, open maintenance and access areas support safe operation along the track system in the outdoor area.

Vario-Guard MUF on the E40 near Borås, Sweden

MEISER supplied Vario-Guard MUF systems including specially developed transition solutions for the widening of the E40 near Borås in Sweden. The project was implemented in collaboration with the construction company PEAB.

At the pedestrian bridge on the Elzdamm Emmendingen, open walkway surfaces create a continuous route across the curved footbridge.

Zalazone Test Site

MEISER supplied the vehicle restraint systems to secure various test modules for the AVL ZalaZONE test track in Hungary. The project is one of the most modern development and testing centers for vehicle and mobility technologies in Europe.
