The accessible areas are integrated along the bridge components on the outside.
Gratings were installed in the heavy-duty grating version with a mesh width of 50 x 50 mm and bearing bar 150 x 5 mm as well as additional grating steps in the form of press-welded grating steps with a mesh width of 34 x 38 mm and bearing bar 30 x 3 mm and press-locked grating steps with a mesh width of 33 x 33 mm and bearing bar 60 x 3 mm. The open grating surfaces form safe tread zones and allow access for inspection and maintenance along the structure. This creates continuous walking and tread areas for bridges, floor coverings and walkways.
