The Deining-Mittersthal solar park is located in Bavaria, Germany, and has a total capacity of approximately 4.0 MWp. The solar park is part of a hybrid project that combines solar and wind power via a shared grid connection. An existing medium-voltage cable is used to transport the electricity generated by the wind turbines and the solar park to the substation and subsequently into the grid. This allows existing grid feed-in capacities to be used efficiently and helps reduce the need for grid expansion.
