Press welded gratings

Press-welded gratings are widely used in the oil and gas industry, mining, power generation and other heavy-duty industrial environments. They are particularly suitable for applications exposed to high shear forces or where platform coverings require frequent replacement.
Shelf grids
MEISER shelf grating has decisive advantages over other shelf coverings in logistics systems. In addition to their durability, light and water permeability are particularly important factors - especially when sprinkler systems are used. In addition, the shelf occupancy is also visible from below. Sophisticated detailed solutions facilitate the installation of the gratings and offer additional, integrated benefits.
Shelf grids laid on with notched T-profile edging
This is the usual design, which is inexpensive to manufacture and suitable for different shelves with the same depth but different crossbars.
Shelf grids laid on with raised edging at the bottom
This grating has a raised edging at the bottom, but only at the ends of the bearing bars. As a result, the locking mechanism is less pronounced and the intended use is more flexible, as you are not tied to a specific crossbar width.
Shelf grids laid up notched with push-through protection
An anti-push-through device is an important safety element in shelving systems. If this has to be installed separately, it incurs considerable costs.
Shelf grids fitted with additional notches for double shelves
MEISER has also developed a special grating for double shelving. Additional notches allow a continuous connection across the double shelf. Quick assembly is also guaranteed.
Shelf grating inlaid with MEISER Z-angle profile
This is the most common version of the inserted shelf grating. Our self-developed rolled profile, which is inserted into the bearing bars and additionally welded, serves as the angled collar.
Shelf grids inserted with Z-angle profile and push-through protection
The inserted shelving can also be offered with a push-through protection. In this case, the special Z-profile is supplemented with an additional leg that prevents the goods from sliding through.
Shelf grids inserted for double shelves
This shelf grating element consists of two gratings that are connected to form a unit by a U-profile in the middle support area. This creates a continuous connection above the double shelf, the full shelf height is retained.
Meiser Module
Strong. Light. Reliable. With commercially available gratings, the bearing bars are usually of the same height. In shelving applications, however, load carriers are often used that are not moved around much in the shelving and therefore never load some of the bearing bars.
Shelf grating inlaid with heating panel – Grating variant
This grating was specially developed for the legally required fire protection. A 0.8 mm thick, sendzimir-galvanized smooth sheet is mounted on the U-profiles or, in the case of gratings, on the Z-profiles and thus acts as a thermal insulation sheet.

Boat Dock Racks
Our range of specialty gratings also includes meiser boat dock gratings. Instead of the crossbars typically used, these gratings feature filler bars with a flat, pressed-in U-profile.

Top Plate
The MEISER Top Plate grating combines the various advantages of a chequer plate covering with those of a grating. The closed surface of a tear plate is supplemented by the high stability of a grating, for example to create a surface that can be driven on.

Full Gratings
Solid gratings are characterised by bearing bars and filler bars with identical cross-sections, resulting in a uniform grid with equal bar heights. The bearing bars span the support structure and remain unslotted on the underside.

Where reduced visibility or controlled screening is required, louvre gratings provide an effective solution. Their applications extend far beyond walkways, bridges and transition areas.
